Bad Weather:

Ice covered roads may cause a delay in collection.  In most cases only by one day.

In the case of collection delay, collection will forward to the next day for the rest of the week then reset to normal at the start of the next week.

Example:  Tuesday pickup will be on Wednesday, Wednesday pickup will be on Thursday, etc until the week end.

Holidays:

The only holidays that we are Closed are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

If your day falls on either one of these holidays, we will pick you up on the following Saturday. All other days will remain the same.

Collection Times:

Collection is scheduled between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Collection time may not be consistent from one week to the next due to any number of unforeseen reasons,
